I received excellent service from them. They went above and beyond customer service. They serviced my a/c last week. The same day it stopped working. They came over and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours. They are smart, professional, and thoughtful. They’re a 5 Star Tech. I recommend Emergency Air for all your emergency needs.
Of course, once we bought our house a couple years ago, the air conditioning had to be looked at after about a year and we contacted Emergency Air. They couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly but professional. Explained everything going on, showed us the problems with the old unit and didn’t rush us just to make a sale. We ended up getting a new Carrier Unit that has been working great. Now a year into it, had an inspection and maintenance by them who were very friendly, professional, and thorough, and they explained everything. We feel that Emergency Air is a great company with great people so got a maintenance agreement to keep the system working efficiently through the coming years. Highly recommend. Getting our ducts cleaned in a few days by Emergency Air too.
I had an amazing experience with Emergency Air! The service tech was extremely professional and very thorough. They spent a lot of time with me ensuring I knew exactly what they were doing. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything, I honestly just felt like they cared about my home and my system. Being a first time home owner, service like that goes a long way. I would recommend this company to everyone.
They are friendly, efficient and went out of their way to check and replace filters and also clean the filter in my Air Scrubber. I haven’t been able to use it for 4 or 5 months because I had broken my wrist and later had surgery on the same hand and couldn’t use a screwdriver.
We had never had our air conditioning units serviced or checked since we moved in (2 years ago) so figured it was time. They called 30 minutes out, arrived on time, had a mask and was very thorough. They were here probably 60-90 minutes checking on our two units, which are very old. They wrote up all their recommendations and costs, explained them thoroughly, and shared a couple different ways to go on next steps. NO PRESSURE sales, which we appreciated. They stayed and answered all my questions very knowledgeably. No matter what the next step is, we will definitely get a quote from Emergency Air based on this visit.
All around 5 stars. You disserve their business. They are professional, straight forward, honest, transparent, and personable. They did a great job. They seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to sell me the kitchen sink. They showed me their concerns and was very professional about it. I will request Emergency Air for the duration of my contract.
