Our maintenance agreement provides you with regular system upkeep. It’s a twice-annual planned check-up. We come out and inspect your system to make sure everything is running smoothly. The agreement is designed to meet or exceed all manufacturer and extended warranty requirements for system maintenance and surpasses the Federal Government Energy Star recommendations. A maintenance agreement will keep your system running at its peak.

Two free system check-ups per year
Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible saving you money on your monthly utility bill. Our retail fee for check-ups are $89.99 an Instant yearly savings of $179.80
Free condenser coil cleans
Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your system to work harder causing parts to wear out faster and shorten the life expectancy. Tests performed by the EPA explain that as little as one tenth of a centimeter of dirt or dust on rr coil can reduce efficiency by 21%
20% off repair labor rates
Our retail labor rate is currently $110.00 per hour, which is less than the average dealer. Program customers save 20% and pay only$88.00 per hour. Our discounted rate saves you money with every service call. The average hourly labor rote is more than $150.00

Free 24-hour priority service 365 days a year
Typically when a unit fails is in the middle of summer or winter and we are there within 24 hrs of that call. There is no waiting list.
No trip charge or fees for initial travel time
The average trip charge is $120.00. However, our program customers do not have this added expense when they need service.

Our performance guarantee
Once we’ve tuned-up your system, you can rest assured for six months. Should it fail for a reason we missed, you won’t be charged a cent for labor. ** ** Performance Guarantee qualification details: Repairs noted by technician during service but declined by customer do not qualify. Should the system being serviced fail within six months of that service for a reason we did not document, you are not charged the labor to make the repair. Emergency Air will repair the unit and waive the labor charges and diagnostic fee. The Performance Guarantee is not valid on systems that are 10 years or older.
