How Can We Help?

Premium Diamondbacks Tickets for Those Who Serve

Emergency Air is proud to announce Seats for Heroes, a new partnership with the Arizona Diamondbacks that celebrates the veterans, first responders, and service members who protect our communities every day.

Recognizing Arizona’s Heroes at Every Home Game: Beginning with the 2025 season, Emergency Air has reserved four premium seats directly behind home plate – the best seats in Chase Field – for every single Diamondbacks home game.

These aren’t just any seats. They’re front-row to the action, where you can see every pitch, every play, and every unforgettable moment up close. And throughout the entire season, they’re dedicated exclusively to honoring those who serve.

How to Nominate a Hero

Whether you’re a veteran, first responder, or active-duty service member yourself, or you’d like to honor someone who has served, we invite you to submit a nomination.
Here’s how it works:

1. Submit a Nomination

Submit a nomination through the form at the top of the page, telling us about the hero you’d like to recognize

2. We review nominations on a rolling basis

We review nominations regularly and award seats for upcoming home games throughout the season

3. Selected heroes are notified directly

We’ll contact heroes directly with their game date, parking information, and seat location

4. Enjoy the game

Enjoy the game in premium seats with an experience you’ll never forget

With 81 home games each season, we’ll be honoring heroes all year long. These seats are meant to recognize courage, sacrifice, and the spirit of service that defines our heroes across Arizona.

Already Serving Those Who Serve

Seats for Heroes is an extension of Emergency Air’s ongoing commitment to giving back through our Heroes Membership program. Since opening our doors, Emergency Air has proudly gifted lifetime maintenance memberships to veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders. Heroes Members receive free AC and heating deep cleans, a free water heater flush, priority scheduling, and exclusive discounts. It is a small way we can serve those who serve us.

If you are a hero or know one, submit your nomination today for a chance to sit front and center at Chase Field. Your service deserves the spotlight.
